Lake Goodwin is the largest of the seven lakes at 532 acres, and also has the most opportunities for public access.

On any summer day you'll see kayaking, ski boats and jet skis, fishing, swimming and sunbathing.

A 14-acre community park on the lake's north end includes a dock, swimming area, picnic shelter, restrooms and playground. It's near the Lake Goodwin Resort, complete with cabins, RV parking, and a resort store.

Wenberg County Park is located on the eastern shore of Lake Goodwin. Within these 45 acres, you'll discover a 70-site campground, two picnic shelters (one with jaw-dropping views of the lake, and another that's perfect for company picnics and large gatherings), 465 feet of swim beach and 1,140 feet of freshwater shoreline (allow room to stretch-out) a concession stand (to satisfy your munchies),and a two-lane concrete boat launch for your toys.

Near the Lake Goodwin Resort on Lakewood Road you'll also find Paddle Pub and 7 Lakes Gift Store. On the west side of the lake is Cedar Groves Shore RV Park.
